Training Programs

All of the training programs produced are tailored to your specific needs following the completion of a one hour online consultation with you.

 

During this discussion we will discuss your goals, current activity levels, past experience, lifestyle constraints etc. which will inform an appropriate strategy for your specific program. Following the development of your program you will gain access to a dedicated app where the details of the program will be accessible. This app will allow you to track and monitor your progress as you go through the program. I will also be able to see your progress. This package is a one-off fee and is non-refundable.

Coaching Services

The Personal Development 1-1 coaching service is dedicated to helping you overcome mental barriers, develop a positive mindset, and tackle challenges with resilience.

 

The topics covered are varied and will ultimately be decided upon by you. Coming prepared to sessions with an outline of key areas you would like to work on and improved will be beneficial to ensure you get the most out of the sessions.

Please note that Coaching is not therapy. Please see below for further detail regarding the differences between the approaches.

Is Coaching the same as therapy?

Coaching is not the same as therapy.

Coaching focuses on personal and professional growth, helping clients set and achieve specific goals, enhance performance, and develop strategies for future success. It is forward-looking and action-oriented. Therapy, on the other hand, addresses mental health concerns, emotional healing, and past experiences, often exploring deeper psychological issues.

 

While both offer support, coaching is about moving forward, while therapy is about understanding and healing the past.

Is this service right for me?

My approach to coaching is to meet the individual where they are and build from there.

If you are ready and motivated to make a change, then that is all that is required for us to work together. When working with clients I seek to understand the real person I am working with - understanding someone's background, aspirations, and responsibilities is an essential component when seeking to make permanent change.

How do the online consultations work?

All online consultations will take place using zoom. A link will be sent 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to the email address you submitted when booking. A password will also be provided in this same email. Time durations for sessions are as indicated on this website. Cancelled and rearranged appointments will subject to the cancellations policy.
